Have you consulted your users Manual and followed the trouble shooting guide first? If you have already done so, then please proceed to the next step.
Remember that all scales are covered by the manufacturers warranty and that we only return scales that have been damaged by shipping. Any defects noticed after 48 hours upon receipt of merchandise will then be covered by the manufacturer warranty.
In order to receive a refund regarding an item that does not suit your needs, you must return the item in the condition it was received, with all proper documentation, accessories, and original box. Any item returned will be subject to shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%. We will not refund original shipping charges or return shipping charges.
What happens if I do not have all the appropriate documentation, or accessories but need to return the scale? If you are unable to provide the correct box, box in appropriate condition, all necessary documentation or all accessories that come with the scale, then the item with be subject to a 25%- 40% restocking fee depending upon the receipt of the item.
Requirements to Return Items:
1.) Please call us within 24hours of receipt of the item to notify us of sending it back.
2.) Have all appropriate documentation, accessories and box in the same condition received.
3.) Items to be returned must be sent within 10 days of delivery.
4.) Include copy of invoice, and a telephone number that we may contact you.
